Hey Allen,
I am a beginner runner who lives in Toronto and I have been attempting to increase my running distance from 5K to 10K. During my training I developed knee and hip pains that made me want to stop running. My dad, who suffered from Sciatica, recommended the Elite Foot Clinic because they fixed his disorder within a couple of weeks.
